Lifting for 8 months
5 months progress. I am a 172cm/66kg manlet (149 pounds and slightly under 5'8 for americans).
Holy fuck do I hate squats.
6 weeks in. Deadlifts are hard.

Spent like a year getting over a shoulder and knee injury. I have no clue why my forearms are green, they are very skinny irl
wasn't expecting to be all the same colour
estimated 1RM as of this morning and yesterday @ 84kg
Back Squat: 135 kg
Deadlift: 175 kg
Bench Press: 95 kg
Overhead Press: 60 kg
Chin-up: 35 kg added
