Realistically how long would with take for a DYEL who just started lifting with a 1pl8 bench to get to Patrick Bateman mode?

Chad eats PIZZA and benches 6pld8 whilst YOU eat broccoli and have shit tier GENTICS
>>37455700
bateman is dead, and you're a furry.
2-3 years. 2 if you train HARD and have good GENETICS.
With good nutrition probably 2 years.
2 years of hard work and dedication + 6 months for a good cut.

4 years is more realistic
Depends on your routine and diet. His routine (in the book) was all about the machine lifts and cardio.
>>37455838
He also had a pretty shit roid stack.
>>37455844
Yeah, but I figured the low roids would be canceled out by the cocaine, booze and late nights, so I'm calling it a wash
>>37455700
Depends way too much on the person i question to give a straight answer I think. For example if a high paid actor has to do it hence it's his job he could do it in less than a year. If a college kid has to do it, if everything goes perfectly, which never happens maybe two years if we're being generous. It depends whether it's your top priority, what other things have you got going on, how disciplined you are and tons of other stuff.

Fair enough.

I honestly doubt that this will give him the physique Christian Bale had in the movie
>>37456064
>implying the routine matters when you roid
You can just sit at your computer and gain muscle
>>37455700
maybe I've just been fucked in the ass by /fit/ but I never understood why everyone wants this goal body. he doesn't even look that good in terms of body fat and muscle
maybe I've been fucked in the head by /fit/ so my standards are a lot higher, I'm a DYEL so who knows
>>37456064
in the book the character is JACKED, like 190lbs
>>37456087
That's adorable
>>37456034
>Deadlifts 3×20
The rest is borderline but literally in what scenario would this be beneficial in any way?
