5-7 days a week, do a squat variant. Work up in singles until the weight slows down. That is your top single of the day.

Take 5-15% of the weight off, and do some singles, doubles, or triples. Just a couple sets.

Then move on to other work (pressing, etc.)

If your "daily minimum" weight increases over weeks/months, you're getting stronger.

For results over time, no. For enjoyment? Maybe. Depends on how you like to lift.

I'd recommend rotating between primary squat, paused, and front squat (if you can do it well). But you could just back squat and be fine.

Deadlift you can do once or twice per week, but I wouldn't recommend working over 70%, and keep reps low per set. Even singles.
