Not OP buy this inspired me. At work right now (warehouse job) and I've got a 2.5 miles walk back home. Even though I'm tired I will still hit the gym.

Are you head-tired or body-tired? If you're body-tired, if you feel like you can barely raise your arms above your head, take a rest day, eat decently, get plenty of sleep, and go wreck shit tomorrow.
If you're head tired, get some strong black coffee in you mane

>get only 8hrs free from work before next 16 hr shift (including travel time to / from work)
