fucking gross man
I'd like to be one of those people who makes all his meals for the week in one day. But I hate food that has been frozen and the idea of eating food that has been in the fridge for more than 2-4 days makes me feel icky.

i meal prep diced chicken, cut up steamed veges, and sweet potatoes in my container and never heat them up. cold steamed veges taste delicious with some montreal steakhouse seasoning, cold mashed sweet potato with cinnamon, and mix some seasoning or healthy dressing into diced chicken and eat everything cold. tastes wonderful and fresh
