I feel small popping sensations in my left shoulder when performing this movement.
Other rotations don't cause it.
I feel it during bench press but not overhead press.
Is this bad? How do I fix it?

I have the same thing. Most likely muscle imbalance. Hasn't been a problem lately ever since I've started some rows.
