Hey /Fit/, so I finished my C4 pre-workout and have taken 2 weeks off of it so I do not gain a dependency to it and was wondering, should I continue taking C4 or is there a better pre-workout to take? I am 165 lbs, age 20 trying to gain muscle mass and size (see photo). I heard that Cellucor has released variations of C4 such as Mass, Neuro, Shredded and 50x. Should I try Mass or Shredded or try something like Jym Pre Jym? Thanks!!!

Drinking coffee. Everything else in pwos is either unnecessary and/or harmful for your health, except creatine. Which you don't need to buy in a pwo because it becomes more expensive. Flour is cheap, eggs are cheap, water is cheap, sugar is cheap, premade cookies are (relatively to home made cookies) expensive.

I take Super NOS Blast from Wal-Mart :^D
It gives hella extra energy which lasts for hours (also has a neuromax blend included, so if you'd like, you can do your homework more efficiently after gym time).
I use Caffeine tablets (200-400mg) and L-Citrulline Mallate (At least 8g) about 25min before starting my workout.
I also take in about 3.6g Oral L-Arginin daily in 2 Servings.
I take creatine daily. I guess I should take about 16g but as of right now I am taking 3g. (Will stop using creatine for about a Month and will then try 16g/day)

I havent taken pre workout in years and i bet i left twice as much as your faggot dad ever or you ever will
I used to use C4 until I tried Mr. Hyde. That shit gets me going more than any pre-workout I've ever had.
I also take creatine and BCAAs pre-workout, but that doesn't effect performance as much.

>Loading Phase (first week of use)
>The accumulated data from studies and anecdotal reports suggest a loading phase of creatine which will saturate your muscles with creatine. Most manufacturers recommend about 15 to 25 grams per day for 1 week. Some users will skip the loading phase. Studies have shown just taking the maintenance dose of about 5 grams a day will accomplish the same result as loading except that it will take 3-4 weeks for your system to reach saturation levels as opposed to only 1 week when you load. So the benefit to loading is quicker results, not greater results.
