Yes and no, when i was in the twink boat i would do alot better in heavy winds because i was strong, but i got killed in lighter winds because i struggled to keep weight down.

Actually there is a direct correlation between height and penis size, and after 174cms the penis size actually lowers

make an L shape using you thumb and index finger

before every bench session I will stretch my hip flexors, quads, and calves pretty well. During my first few warm up sets, I will put the foam roller under my upper back while benching. On my last warmup or two, I will remove the foam roller (I don't feel very stable while benching with it under my torso) and will exaggerate my arch for a few seconds before setting up completely. It just takes time, be patient.

Keep in mind he's wearing heeled shoes, have his feet together, and using a lot of weight.

As long as you feel the stretch, and don't feel any pain, then it's working well.

There are also lots of other types of stretches and dynamic work to improve the mobility. Omar shows them in the vid.

If none of these things help much, and you still need more mobility, add more heel height to your shoes (or buy some with higher heels).

Hello /plg/ I can Bench 265 and DL 305 for reps but my squat is only 205 (on a good day) and whenever I try to squat more it feels like my body doesn't know how to stand up, if that make sense. I feel like I never get a good workout from squats and I have to resort to doing leg press (6 pl8, idk how well leg press is as an indicator of theoretical squat ability)

When you squat you're supposed to brace by taking a deep breath in your stomach and using it to help maintain tightness. If your core collapses, then your legs won't be able to transfer the force required to stand back up.

It can be you have really tight or weak hip rotation, or you're not opening your hips when descending properly.

Or your body might just not be used to the extra knee travel. In this case, be patient and don't overdo it and you'll eventually adapt and recover (it's not just your muscles that do that).

Things that can help:

Make sure your stance is not too narrow, angle your feet out and open your knees when going down so that they track over the toes. This is very important.

Stretch every day multiple times during the day (don't do it at the gym, stick to dynamic mobility if you need instead).
And stretch your hip rotation, glutes, and quads as well, not just hammies.

Eat fish or take fishoil capsules. This is actually legit.

Wear sleeves if they're not too expensive where you live. While this is not directly a cure to knee issues, it can help with keeping the joint warmer, and the area with a bit more blood flow during training.
