My chest is really lacking in contrast to my back even tho my lifts are going up linearly. I dont think form is issue and theyre advancing steadily. Im not saying my back looks good its just noob gains but my front doesnt even look like i lift:(.

u need to do more bench. your triceps and chest are p small. and work on your picture taking while you're at it. the lighting and angle don't do your chest enough justice. it looks good to most people but it's not shit for gym standards.
but if your lifts are still going up don't change anything

your delts are pretty big compared to your chest.
when benching, dont keep your elbows tucked to your body, instead flare them out a bit to get more chest activation.
