Thanks. The truth is I have not cut at all. I was on holiday drinking and carrying on like fuck. I went back to the gym the other day and I've even quit drinking and I'm smashing the calories and protons. I'll post again in a few months. I've never tried photo comparisons before. This was me at rock bottom. I'm a bit ashamed of the photo to be honest.
