Deadlift: 495x5x5(I need to work on my breathing, would get light headed so I didnt do as many reps but extra sets)
Squat: started at 2 plate, did 12 reps, did 3 plate, did 6 reps, did 4 plate did 1 rep I believe I found my current max on this one

I didn't bike as much as you, but I did around 9 miles a day. I was only able to squat 135 for a few reps the first time I tried. I was 6'4 at 190. Might just have shit genetics, dunno.
