Once they get to respectable numbers (on your estimation) then go for it. But you rocking 12's and not even close to a plate bench don't do a day of bi's and tri's. One of my good friends has been lifting for 9 years. The dude is jacked as fuck but is only 5'4. He is easily show ready. He can go heavy as fuck but he always makes it a huge show. Like grunting/screaming at the top of his lungs when he squats 415 for 5. For someone his size thats insanely heavy and I know letting out grunts helps, but come on man.

I don't want to be a buzz kill but its kind of annoying. Any of you guys ever tell your friends to knock off an annoying gym habit?
