For the first one is common sense desu.

Fat fuck here, recently had a wake up call on how huge I am and I'm now trying to loose it.
Friends have recommended Rapid Loss bullshit shakes because they 'worked' for them and they had left over tubs.
I'm having one for breakfast, one for lunch and healthy dinner (250g chicken or fish with veggies).
I'm aware that once I stop the shakes (assuming they work) I'm likely to blow out again so I'm going to slowly merge from shakes to salads and healthy breakfasts once I get down (if) to my goal.
I live in a remote town and there is no gym I can join. Besides walking, what would be good for loosing weight?
I hate vegetables and salads (which is why I'm a fat fuck) but they're slowing growing on me.
I've cut soda out cold turkey. Drinking way more water and when I'm sick of that I drink green tea. I want to get healthy once I get to my ideal weight. Do these shakes really work?

Just count calories man, if you're a big guy just setting a goal will make a huge difference. After you loose a couple lbs then you can get your diet right, if you change everything at once you're going to fall off within a couple weeks. Also the whole soda thing is going to fuck you, treat your soda like a (normal person) treats desert. Dont drink it all the time but maybe 3 times a week with dinner only to begin with. If you do all this cold turkey shit you will fuck up, you're addicted, treat your self as such.
