Did my first session after a bout with food poisoning. That, plus reversing my grip because of my hand injury lead to some sets that felt like absolute death. I only got amped up for the last set because I wanted to leave the gym feeling good.

The bench after sucked anyway, so I didnt. I had no energy or fluids in my body for 24hours 2 days ago. Took its toll.

Its fine enough to squat/bench at full capacity. It will force me to switch my mixed grip for nationals which is kinda uncomfortable but its working fine so far.

>>37409557
Same in Göteborg in Exhale and nordic wellness(both almedal and backaplan)

Police have raided it in the past. I dont think they just barge in, they build evidence first, find people they know are dealers and try to get them all at the same time. Its a process. But I do agree that it would be very easy to just bust roiders. Doesnt really seem like a priority to bust single junkies. I see amphetamine junkies in my area quite often despite living 100m from a police station, its pretty much the same thing
>>

Very subtle
>>
>>37409617
>It will force me to switch my mixed grip for nationals which is kinda uncomfortable but its working fine so far.

How many weeks until your comp? You could probably build a respectable hook grip in that time. I think you're allowed 2 layers of tape too.
>>
I guess it goes to show even strong athletes don't know what they're doing

If you pull mixed and not hook you're a generic dead end
>>
>>37409634

>You could probably build a respectable hook grip in that time. I think you're allowed 2 layers of tape too.
Ive been told this, but I sincerely believe that switching my mixed grip would be better.

I tied hookgrip for 3 sets of paused deadlifts at 232.5kg, it didnt feel secure at all.

Mixed grip I know, but learning a whole new grip in 5weeks is very risky. Its a better bet to get used to reversed mixed grip.
>>
>>37409653
a lot of russian athletes use mixed grip and they know what they are doing
>>
>>37409617
>>37409472

>>37409617
Why would you want to bust the users? They're not harming anymore to any significant degree but themselves, unlike the dealers.

Trappy:

On your website you have an example of a PPLxUL split. Because it's for early intermediate lifters, you have weekly progression built into the program.

I want to follow something similar to >>37376205 #, but I'm a late stage intermediate. Should I do biweekly progression, or hope the extra volume will force adaptation since I'm a more advanced trainee? Thanks in advance.

>>
>>37410719
>couldn't you try some other form of programming?
Yes, it can help. A little dependent on the level of the lifter, tho. Intermediates are more likely to benefit the most from variations strength-wise in addition to staving off overuse injuries, while the primary reason for advanced lifters would be the latter. This, however, is subject to coaches' and lifters' experience, so take it with a grain of salt.
You're right, volume isn't the only thing that drives progress, but that's beyond the scope of the issue at hand.
>long fucking while to move any worthwhile amount, no?
Varies, but high level lifters have offseason programs for this stuff lasting two-three months, IIRC, if they can fit it in between comps and preps.

Hope I'm not confusing you or anything.

I have no idea. I'm thinking is a building disc.

I can squat, but squatting too much makes it click and then I'm in bad pain for 24 hours. It's usually the second click that fucks me over, the first one warns me to stop.

Really weird actually. I did some ATG squats today and could definitely feel the tension down there so I just stopped.

I can deadlift and bench absolutely fine. I'm deadlifting 3x a week and honestly my back feels healthy as shit.

I've also been working on hip mobility to relieve the tension.

I don't know what the issue is but I want it gone and NEVER to come back.

It'll be months minimum for you to be pain free. Took me about 18 months to get pain free. Good luck bud, and stay safe. Agreed, but WR strong is a different thing. Imagine there's a WR-strong dude, but natty. Do you honestly think everybody below him is also natty? also my military history professor told a story about a round called excalibur that is a post-propelled artillery round that uses GPS to find its target with a tiny margin of error, minimizing collateral damage. the US tried developing it and spent like a billion dollars over 8 years in a completely failed project.
