I dont feel tired when i wake up in the same amount of hours of sleep before taking this. It shills about increase strength, recovery, ect because it has D-aspartic acid and other ingredients like fenugreek, but it really helped in deep ROM sleep. the stuff I currently use is only 10mg Zinc, 266mg Magnesium
and I take that 2 times a day
is this enough? I doubt it, I wasn't really sure what I was buying, I just knew I needed Zinc and Magnesium and they didn't sell them seperately so I had to get pills that had both in
