Get a small plastic tub, put in 1 tbsp of bleach, and a gallon of warm water (or enough to completely submerge the cup). Wash the cup with regular soap and water, then once all the soapy water is out, submerge the cup in the bleach solution for 10 seconds. Rinse it out and let the cup air dry.
