1) at his age, his "natural levels" are way low (which is probably why he's on TRT in the first place) so it definitely puts him above his "natural levels" and
2) TRT as given by doctors is always administered in doses high enough to put most people at way WAY higher test levels than what 99.9% of humans can achieve naturally. 250mg/week of T.E. is not unusual for TRT, and if you're a bit pushy and find the right doctor, you can easily get test levels on TRT exceeding those in /fraud/ threads.
