Does anyone take supplements for phlegm? I have horrible phlegm everyday, and I drink a fuck ton of water. I've had it for years and it requires me to clear my throat multiple times a day. I've tried numerous things and the only thing that works is claritin, but that shit costs a lot.
I was just wondering if anyone knew a supp/pill to take that would help eliminate it or even lessen the severity of it?

The same thing happens to me whenever I take in a lot of dairy. Try buying lactaid pills. It's a lactase enzyme pill that helps break down lactose and sugars. So yea, you might be lactose intolerant
