Just started losing weight seriously, down 15 pounds since april. Currently eating at a 750 calorie deficit, weight loss is 2.5 lbs a week. Currently lifting 3 days a week, cardio the 3 other days.
Will I get better results lifting 6 days a week and doing cardio every once in a while? Or is cardio 6 days a week better? I like running.
How long until this spare tire is gone?
How long to ottermode?

oh god i'm so similar to you it hurts. Bumperooni. Also what have you done with your diet since starting? For me i've eaten whatever but have been strict about the deficit and I try to hit my protein macros when possible and keep carbs low.

I think what you are doing is working and you shouldn't start obsessing over one more day of this or that.
Keep doing what you are doing. Come back and post another picture when you weigh 180.

TDEE is 2100 - Eating @ 1400-1500
Hitting macros, basically stopped eating fast food and candy, no more soda or beer. If I really want soda it's ONE diet soda once a week.
Protein bars or eggs for breakfast, chicken or fish w/ veges or sweet potatos for lunch or dinner, the other meal is usually a protein shake depending on how hungry I am. Cheat meal once a week, try to keep it within calorie deficit range.
Snack on fruit or low calorie veges, and lots and lots of water. It helps with hunger.

Neither of those plans sounds good at all.
A healthy body uses a mixture of different practices to stay strong.
SS/HIIT/Weight/Body training should be a part of your workouts each week.
How much of each you do is dependent on your personal goals.
I recommend a basic
day 1: sprints
day 2: weight training
day 3: running
day 4: weight training
day 5: running long distance
day 6: body exercises
day 7: rest
It's a really simple day to day routine that lets you choose your own exercises and intensity.

have you found any low-carb protein bars? assuming you're in the US. If i have to eat carbs I go for whole grain stuff like whole grain bread, pasta, brown rice etc. I cut out soda except for diet on rare occasion. Chewing gum also helps with fighting hunger. How do you prep your veggies? I just throw stir fry or shit with minimal oil or steam it

Just keep doing what you're doing.
I give it another 4-6 months before you start looking decent though. Cardio may not be good for gains, but it's great for weight loss and overall fitness.

I use steamables, the frozen ones so they don't go bad, I eat quest bars for protein bars.

and how much attention do you pay to macros famalam?
>>37385275
2.5 pounds a week is more like a 1,250 calorie deficit

Just try to hit protein regularly and carbos for energy, they're not usually spot on but everything is ~10 for the day.

I don't take working out into account because some days are slower than others, does it matter though?

If you're feeling good then I see no issue with a little steeper deficit.
