Just got back from some squats, I normally use the power rack because the squat racks safety railings are too high and I don't hit full depth nicely.
In the power rack are two manlets. I don't mean the /fit/ 5'9 manlet, I mean full on turbos, tallest must have been 5'6, about same height as my gf, shortest around 5'2/1.. he was well blow where my shoulders are widest.
Both of them wearing singlets, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, squat shoes, knee high socks, lifting belts, chalk everywhere.
The tallest guy maxed with a 120kg×3 lowbar, and the shortest maxed at 190kgx1 sumo.. the sumo would be impressive if he literally didn't just have to lift it average dick length in rom. If I had to lift something from below my knee to above it I'd be a record holder.
