I've been reading that using knee wraps can help you lift about 10% more immediately due to the extra support etc.
Inc. dumb question:
Does this means if I'm currently squatting 220 that I'll have to up my squats to 240 or I'll be losing muscle?

It mostly means that you should stop wasting precious space asking for something that you can order from ebay for like $10 and figure it out yourself.
If it works for others it doesn't mean that it will work for you, and vice versa.
you mean 220 kilos, right?

You should very rarely train with wraps.

No, I just have bad knees that pop when I do a body weight squat and shift when I'm squatting even though I'm using proper form. Preemptive measures

F-f-fuck off...

Then you want knee SLEEVES, not wraps. Wraps will only exacerbate any knee problems you have.
They also add only a piddly amount to your squat, maybe like a kilo.

Knee wraps are not safer for the knee. Start watching videos and posting your form because you likely need to fix it

Buy sleeves or ace bandage wraps
>>37384577
Like everyone else has said, don't train with knee wraps. If anything, use sleeves.
Wraps are for lifting incredible amounts of weight for low reps to prevent blowing out your tendons.
They are not for the untrained (aka you with that weak ass fuckboy squat).
Thanks for the clarification!
