How do I get taller and stronger? I'm currently 5"7 and pretty scrawny. I've heard HGH works but I don't know how to find it without a doctor's prescription. Is there any alternative to HGH that would have similar effects?

I'm starting to work out but not sure what routine would be best. I'm just lifting random stuff I find around the house and running in place and stuff. There's this one (trans)girl I've been trying to impress for 3 years now. Fit straight guys are starting to take an interest in her and I need to get fit asap to make sure I keep her in the long run. Hopefully there's something out there that helps. Thanks, /fit/!
