I started with a 20kg squat. That was the best I could do for a couple of reps.
Even after a year I don't have anywhere near as much as muscle as commissr probably does.

I try so hard. I've read so many books on training and lifting. I struggle every session trying my hardest.

Well, I'd recommend keeping either a neutral or slightly hyperextended lower back at all times when squatting, the important is not to let your hips rotate backwards when starting the ascent, which also makes them go too far back making you tip forward too much.
I suggest at least trying to keep a hyperextended lower back when deadlifting. Gives your glutes and hamstrings more tension which gives more power at the bottom, it allows you to get your hips closer to bar and last but not least, it's safer.

Hey lads, finishing my third month of TM. I've been thinking of hopping on something a little longer, but 5/3/1 is garbage for powerlifting (even with 3/5/1 and joker sets and shit). C6W is a bit hard with my schedule right now (and I, like many, find the first two weeks grueling), but it's feasible. Anyone got a suggestion?

On the longer side, I know there's Sheiko. My main question with it is: it's a 12-week fucking cycle, what are some expectable gains for a true intermediate on Sheiko? Because at that length I could do C6W for two cycles and get maybe +10~12kg to my total per.

Juggernaut is quite long iirc, but I don't like the 1x/Week frequency for the lifts. That and some other programs are in the back of A Thoughtful Pursuit of Strength which Norse uploaded.

I've heard of zero (0) people that made what I would call good gains on that, and a few that got meh results from it.

Only a few sets will be RPE 9 or above, it's a lot of work but it's not as brutal as multiple max effort sets a week.

It has it's easy workouts, it's sort of easy weeks and then other weeks you get hit with double squat / bench sessions on monday, a double dead session on wednesday and then 85% sq and bench on friday
