Daily reminder that every pound of fat you lose, counts.
If you lose 10 pounds and don't see SIGNIFICANT changes in body-composition you:
A) are extremely obese
B) just lost mostly just water weight, not actual fat
I've lost 10 pounds while cutting and went from 20% bf to 15% bf. I mean it's OK but nothing special
>tfw lost 6 kgs over 1,5 month

If you lose 10 pounds, it doesnt mean you lost 10 pounds of fat, or 10 pounds fat + water. You may have lost muscle too.

lower your sodium intake
get drunk off of vodka
you should lift and eat protein to preserve muscle mass or else you'll never cut down to a flat stomach

i dont drink alcohol but drink 2 bottles of carbonater water should i cut out these too?

People don't understand this.
Any weight loss is not purely fat loss. There are more components to your weight than just muscle+bone+fat.
