I've got down to 8% while still consuming 65-70g/day and it become a struggle.

30g would probably be impossible for me.

Right now I just began cutting and I average 100g fat a day and feel comfy and slowly dropping BF

yeah but 8% is really low
my bf is probably more than 15% and i want to cut to 10% tops
im asking this question because i find it easy to drastically lower my kcal by not consuming fatty foods and i feel satiated and without food cravings, but internet sources tell me than low fat dieting is bad for hormones etc

I have been eating around 40g for around a year and a half.

Losing weight from 260, this is me at 179. The entire time I ate roughly 50% protein, 30% Carb, 20 % fat.
