I can get over 50 grams of protein without the preservatives and fat and chemicals in 2 servings of plain greek yoghurt with a bit of honey. Still in total under 400 calories, roughly 300 if don't add honey.

I can't do it til I move. My parents eat my fucking food because they don't wanna cook or prep their own meals. So I just buy eggs and chicken and eat it fast.
