Considering only one has allegedly popped in 2008, chances are we don't have much to worry about there.

But 5 champions have allegedly popped in 2012.
That is a pretty big reason to start worrying about some of the big names.

And they might still not be over with the retests. So we might have more bad news to come.

Catalyst programs are basically garbage. Torokhtiy's available programs are better, but whether you're suited to follow them and make gains is another story.

Your ratios are not very good. If you want to increase your classics then you need to focus on them. As a bonus, doing so will increase your vertical.

I have noticed that sometimes actually maybe that's my problem. How would you suggest doing it so that it just becomes second nature? I do notice when I brace it does not feel tight and I feel more like I am pushing my stomach down/out.

Why do I keep shifting my weight to my toes and coming off my heels during squats? I have excellent ankle mobility and use oly shoes. Also I occasionally feel hip impingement and I have an old mcl injury on one knee. My squat max is 120 kg

I have longish legs and am great at deadlifts/shit at squats
when I try to squat like this (note very open hips):

it's usually caused by having an upright torso too early before extension (see: vladimir sedov; his torso is already vertical even before extension)
the fix is obviously to stay over the bar longer
basically you're supposed to keep the weight centered on your lower back for the entire pull phase of the lift
so lean over longer before you start extending

I've been lifting for 2 years on and off, I did about 4-5 months of weightlifting last year so I knew what I was doing when I got back into it. Right now I've been lifting seriously again for about 4 months, did a strength routine with bits of oly lifting in it for about 2 months until my olympic squat got to 125kg for 3 reps and I've been doing olympic lifting for 2 months.

Your problem is that you're weak. Check any of the multiple researches on the percentage relationship between the back squat or front squat and the classic lifts and you'll see why you're having a hard time getting your classics up.

I find keeping shoulder mobility (not going overboard though) and keeping my shoulders warm/using them to lift helps a lot. Presses (especially BTN) make my shoulders feel good, particularly focusing on keeping my chest up real high (extending upper back) and scapulae retracted.
