Don't think you can, OP. Since one fasts for Ramadan from dawn to dusk, you'd have to eat 2 meals a day, before sunrise and after sunset.
But it's in summer, so you're cutting for that summer body anyways.
As for working out, I think that'd be pretty hard, as you aren't allowed to drink liquids during the fast, and that includes protien powder. My suggestion is low rep high volume, with longer rest times in order to properly catch your breath without "drying" yourself out.
