I apparently have pectus excavatum and it's just starting to show itself. What excercises should I do to limit the progress of the defect? Picrel is pretty much me, if you what to see what could happen just search "pectus excavatum".
This is the machine I have. I'd prefer it if all the exercises could be done on this but if I have to get a gym membership I will.
Also I'm like full skeleton mode, so anything that could help with that too I guess.

I'm 2.5 years into lifting with PE and because I focused so much on bench I now have rotator cuff tendonitis. Just don't neglect your rear delts. It looks fine now when I flex but unflexed it's still noticeable.

Sup OP. I have PE as well. You'll barely notice it once your pecs start coming in. Just lift like anyone else, it shouldn't affect your progress.

I think someone who knows you have it will notice but just keep on putting mass and it will get and it will be less and less visible. Also people don't care if you have a 9/10 body but lack pecs.

Just get the surgery done. Otherwise it'll fuck with your heart, it'll increase your pulse with up to 20%
