Had mine taken out last year. Your gonna lose a lot of weight. But you will gain it back pretty quick. Your up for two weeks of hell though. Dairy made it hurt worse so no ice cream. All I could have was cold/hot water. They give you liquid vicoden though so that's pretty nice. I wouldn't worry to much about your gains. They will come back fast.
