how difficult each lift is means nothing to them, but if you can say you can do 3 figures in any lift they will be impressed.

This, womens perception of weight stops at their own weight, anything above that is super strong and they just can't wrap their mind around it.
Also they have no understanding of the strength levels for different lifts, they will be just as impressed by you lifting them at parties, be it OHPing them or squating them.
