Is Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5 still the king program for beginners?
I followed SS for something like a year and then switched to Wendler 5/3/1 when I was at intermediate strength level. Got sick, classes required more time, etc, etc, and I've fallen out of shape.
I'm pretty much skinnyfat again but I'm sure I keep a proper form still on most exercises.
Any insight?

Sometimes I feel that even my own life is futile when I have to share a world with retards like you. SL is EASILY the worst program ever devised by anyone. The author has no history of coaching or competing. He literally just threw together some shit and made a flashy speech on hsi website about how hot his shit is. He is after money, he doesn't care about your progress.
People who do SL are mentally retarded. I have no doubt in my mind that that is true. When I consider that some people PAY ACTUAL FUCKING MONEY for the app, I almost have an aneurysm.

Did SS stripped from the sticky for 3 months but found it wasn't enough to excited me, so switched to All Pros. I'm cutting anyway so would prefer reps in the 8-12 range over 5x5.
