vitamin d
magnesium
fish oil
nothing else is needed if your diet is even just half-way decent. zinc might be worth taking, too.
vitamins and supplements in general are over-hyped

fish oil might be pointless, too. but whatever, it's cheap. vitamin d is the most beneficial supplement, due to over half of the population in first-world countries being vitamin d deficient.
what's the point of the red lines? it doesn't seem like they're used in this calculation at all.

Manlets have lower IQs on average than full sized humans, so we won't hold it against you if you're too simple to understand their importance.

if makes sense in the original image, and if you had made the yellow lines at the top and bottom parallel to the red lines i would understand, but they seem pointless here.

A solely terrestrial diet may, or may not, provide an "optimum" amount, but it certainly provides enough. Fish oil capsules generally contain mostly EHA, with much lower levels of DHA.
The suggestion that it's beneficial for us to take fish oil as a supplement is one of those things that checks out logically, but the data just isn't there to say whether or not it's truly worthwhile.
Doesn't hurt, though. It's one of the only three supplements I use.

way back in the day, wasn't there some dude who trolled anon into acute renal failure by suggesting potentially lethal doses/mixes of vitamins and supplements under the guise of them being healthy?

I have no deficiencies and I rarely eat anything besides bananas, nuts, a fiber bar, and various meat types until I reach my calorie count.
