Do you guys still hit the gym when sick? What extent is too sick to still get gains?
Got a cold for the first time in over a year. Not sure if I should just stay at home and do calisthenics/aerobics for the day, or still head out but risk passing the cold to others, or just do fuck all for the day and just let my body kill the cold virus faster.
Don't do anything until you feel healthy.
Take a rest and reflect on your life, where you are now, where you want to be and what you want to focus on. Lifting when you are sick is pretty bad for your body
Unless you're dying or in serious pain go hit the gym nigger. That's just another excuse to not workout

Drink plenty of water. You can try and be an alpha
and push through it, but if you absolutely feel
like shit, then rest. But be ready to go full Mirin
and then some when you feel better.
