Just found of there's a thing called ectomorph. I weigh 60kg am I one?
How does this affect my work out?
How do I surpass my current body?
Also terrible lighting my skin looks all flush and shit, but it's usually more defined and sharp

If you even took the time to look up ectomorph, you'd discover that it's bullshit.
You probably read the old definition. Ectomorph means "doesn't try hard enough".

looks like a ppl routine... I do the same usually but I put DL on my pull days.. I dont even see it on your list unless you do it on legs day which seems kinda dumb to me.
