My brothers in Islam, the blessed month of Ramadan is approaching, and as every time of this year, it will interrupt our daily routines of eating/sleeping/working out.
How do you incorporate fasting into working out and what are your eating habits like? For those of you who are cutting I'm assuming it will be the timing is more convenient, but to the bulking lot, how do manage to eat at a surplus while abstaining from food for 18 hours?

So i am not muslim myself , but you shouldnt eat so many shit after sun goes down , and look for taht you dont loose too many muscles but lloes many fat. Its just a motnh , you will survive it.
