You can easily add 4 inches to your height in 3 months doing this, plus be in Thailand, though you won't be having a good time because you'll be in pain and will have difficulty moving around alot and probably shouldnt be drinking or fucking or dancing during this time but you can still go out.
That's if bitches mean that much to you. Although arguably it would help your career as well as it's proven taller men get promotions easier. In this regard maybe the surgery pays for itself...

If she busts out a measuring tape one day, measures you up, and finds out you were bullshitting, it doesn't look good on you.
If one day you just sit down and admit to her that you exaggerated your height by one inch because yes, it is something you feel self-conscious about sometimes, it comes off as being honest, having a conscience and caring to admit something even that insignificant, that you could have easily hidden, and having an emotional side too.
Hiding your height makes you look even more insecure, and putting that extra inch on your profile (if it's the kind of profile that asks for height I don't fucking know I don't use tinder) will put you in the search results after girls filter out everyone below that height, and you might even find someone you really connect with who wouldn't have even noticed your profile before.
So yeah, don't hide your height. It will just come as an unpleasant surprise for the girl expecting a tall dude. But if you state it, it shows you're not ashamed of your body, and if you up it by one inch, you're still the exact same height she expected, and you'll dodge those extra couple height filters.
