What exercise triggers you the most /fit/?
>tfw one arm dumbbell rows
1/2 ROM bench, sloppy form curls and 1/2 ROM squats, all 3 trigger me equally
>>37354212
>mfw See OHP and they do a jump using legs to get it up
>Mfw they proceed to then do a lap around the gym thinking everyones mirin their 1 plate OHP with 90% legs
Triggered every dam time I see people using legs with OHP
>>37354212
>lateral raises with sloppy form
lighten the weight fgt
>>37354273
It's called a push press
>>37354212
Explain why dumbell rows upset you so anon.
either way;
Dips that don't hit at least 90 degrees.
I get physically upset when I see some dude slap a 20kg weight to a belt and then stop at 135 degrees between upper and lower arm
>>37355389
they exhaust me and It's hard to get into the 8-12 rep range with good form
>>37356017
Stop being a cuck faggot.
>>37354273
>lap around the gym
explain
>>37356017
The grab a lighter dumbell and lift that until you are strong enough to move back up to the weight you are attempting.
>>37354273
>doesn't know what a push press is and why it is useful
remember, these are the types of people that are giving you guys information
Skullcrushers
My elbows click and it's hurts like a bitch
Rather just do dips
>>37356139
mine does that with pull ups
>>37356122
Different anon. I know what a push press is, but why is it useful? The main use I've understood from it is is squeezing out extra reps if you fail your OHP set to work your shoulders just a bit more
>>37356233
negative reps for extra volume son
>>37354212
Most Ab exercises. I look like a mentally challenged fish while doing them
>>37354212
Not an exercise but
>that guy who wipes down the bench after every set
>that same guy who occupies the bench for minimum half an hour
>>37356300
Hey, if the man has half an hours worth of lifting that requires a bench then he's gonna occupy the bench for half an hour.
Assuming he's not just using it to sit on.
>>37356300
I do that too because I sweat like a madman during summer in the gym.
And how are you supposed to do warm ups and then 5x5 under half an hour when you need 5minutes to rest between...
Is jumproping for 1 minute for 30 minutes, with a 1 minute of rest in between good? Saw that shit in hodgetwins. Would it actually burn a lot of calories?
