How often do you take rest days? Do you even take rest days? I can't stop this "overhype" and i find myself training twice a day sometimes 7 days a week.

You know that's fine right? PPLPPLx does this.
I rest 22 hours a day
I see here is nothing wrong with resting on the weekends op. I also cheat with my diet on the weekends too(drink heavy beer, eat pizza) ect. I feel like that it's a reward for me working my ass off in the gym all week, like a prize, I don't go too over board with it but two days of rest and eating like shit keeps me motivated durin the week.

Just because a shitty routine does it, it doesn't mean it's "fine"
Ah, Johnny Bravo.

Yeah my lower body is pretty weak. I was one of those "skip leg day" fags for about two years, would only do leg extensions, leg curls and the occasional leg press. I thought running was good enough for legs until I saw how u proportioned my body looked. I've always feared squats but now that I got proper form down I love em. Hope to surpass my bench before the years end
I've been doing 6 days a week for the past 7 weeks. Works for me, that's with 40-50 hours of work as well. And I still feel restless on a rest day and want to go train or something.
The gym is pretty close so I can just go and do abs or something like that, maybe even work on some grip training .
