I started SL5x5 3 weeks ago and I just hit 5x5 @ 185 for bench earlier this week. Feel like I might need a spotter from here on out, those last couple reps were a little rough.

it depends on your maintenance, a 5'0 manlet is going to suffer a lot more from a 1000 deficit than a 6'5 fatty
