Decided to add choc chop cookies to my pasta and fish for lunch, was told it could help me lose weight through some kind of omega reaction or whatever...did this a week ago but gained more weight.

can someone please help, why cant i lose weight.

You're doing it wrong man you need to add about naother 400g of fat in your diet to kick it into Keto. I would recommend atleast 6 eggs twice a day and try and go for rump steak for dinner with olive oil. If you're drinking protein shakes, add a cup of full fat cooking oil and make up any macro shortcomings with sticks of butter throughout the day whether they be fat, protein of carb shortcomings.
