Waking up early for work isnt healthy by any way

I sleep 8 hours everyday, no phone in bed

But I wake up at 6:30

Well on Friday I literally need to take a 5 hours nap

How it is normal by anyone?

It's about how long you've had to sleep you fucking simpleton. Waking up at 5:30 is too little sleep unless you went to bed around 9 (doubt it) an adult need 8.5 to 9 hours of sleep a night, teens may need 9.33. Optimal sleep = optimal gains = optimal headspace = optimal quality of life.
Sleep deprivation = less than optimal everything. Don't skip out on sleep, go to bed earlier, do whatever you have to do.

5:30am wake up time is completely subjective. it depends on the energy output on a daily basis and the consistency of the activities being done. also what time you fall asleep.

obviously if you are typically falling asleep like 2am then that's on you. you have too many distractions. the environment around you is the main factor. if you cannot relax during the natural times your body should be relaxing then you are not doing this right. not an hour goes by where you aren't on an electronic device. not an hour goes by where you aren't feeling some sort of anxiousness to use an electronic device. you don't want it that bad. you are just here coasting.
