What can I expect?

>tired quicker
>not able to lift as heavy
>dizziness
or maybe no difference at all. Depends on what you eat the day before. If you eat well all the time you probably won't get any effects other than getting hungry as fuck..

You'll lift less and burn fat
This thread has inspired me (for the first time in my life) to eat before lifting.
I'll tell you if I notice a difference.

I always get light headed if I don't eat something before I lift
>What can I expect?

Not OP, but I currently just have a banana a little while before I go to the gym in the morning. Do you think I should eat more first? I usually have a bigger meal right after I get back.

OP here, It wasn't so bad. Literally, I think the biggest difference was getting tired quicker, but I feel just as fresh, if not fresher, than if I had worked out after a meal. It feels real good being in tune with the day.
Thanks /fit/, I'll turn this into a habit
I couldn't do it. I never had the energy, I tried eating before bed, having a light snack. . I get through 3 sets and have to go home because I just wasn't physically motivated.
The trick is to get used to it, thats what the sumo wrestlers do; lift before they eat. Im convinced its better for weight loss and body recomp than lifting after breakfast
Im guessing the catch is you have longer rests so your gym time is longer or you have to lift like 6 days a week
At first it will suck, once you adapt you will feel refreshed and energetic for the rest of the day.
Don't eat a lot before you go, banana or a granola bar or something. Also no coffee, you will have to shit and that just slows down your morning.
Good luck Anon
