Currently 2 months on the Greek god workout after 8 months on blahinos 5x5 ICF works wonders for people on the intermediate level. Helped me get over my plateus. Got them for free tho, not paying for a routine.

His "nutrtion plan" is multiply your goal bodyweight x 10 and eat that many calories, equal parts protein and carbs (roughly .8g/lb bodyweight) and relatively high fat (.3g/lb)
That plus nonrestrictive dieting for cutting.
For bulking he eats same amount of protein, only more fat and carbs, and recommends a 250kcal surplus.
Outside of that his nutrtion is just basic iifym nonrestrictive dieting, plus intermittent fasting.
Literally everything in his program is in his jewtube videos.
I am going to switch to a double progression RPT program like what he suggest, but i am still milking some almost linear gains out of gayskull...
