I'm 135lbs lifting for 5 months, started at 119lbs, 5'8 Manlet mode
115kg DL for 5
62.5kg bench for 5
80kg squat for 5
35kg OHP for 5 ):
Decent progress, I'm now not skinny but still dyel af to anyone who lifts

Began at 65kg, now 69kg fat mostly.
Height 172cm Manlet mode too.
My body shape is good, wide shoulders and narrow waist. With clothes on you'd think I'm ripped as fuck but I'm not.

I don't know whats the correct form m8, every YouTube video and article is different. One says pull to chest, one says to lower chest, one says to abs, one says bend all the way down, one says stand at 45 degrees. I don't know what the fuck do I do.

As long as you keep your back mostly-horizontal with a neutral spine and your arms are essentially the only thing that moves during the movement, you're doing the pendlay row correct. Everything else basically just comes down to comfort based on your frame.

Pendlay row: back paralell to floor, bench press width, pull to chest. Barbell row: alternativ grip, 45 degree back angle, pull to stomach. Youtube form of both.

You wont need that much protein. 2 gram per kg is more than enough.

You need a calorie surplus to gain strength, but since you increasing because you getting better at lifting, it might not matter. Only cut until your noy skinny fat, and start to clean bulk.
