How is that cut going, /fit/?
It's really hard to go from eating 3.5k calories a day back down toaround 1.8k calories a day

6'1" down to 168 from 205. Fat fat down to skinny fat. I have realized I am just going to go from skinny fat to auschwitz mode so at 165 I am going to start bulking come hell or high water
