1st incline dumbell chest press
2nd dumbbell shoulder press
3rd cable bicep curls
hate pretty much everything else but absolutely loath squats, only reason I do them is so I won't have chicken legs and people on /fit/ don't call me a pussy when I post my squat stats

how long have you been lifting and why do you still love the squat?

Loved it when I started because it was my fastest progressing lift and actually felt like I was moving some weight. Now I really don't like nearly fainting after every set.
