Any other "too good to be true" foods that are actually good?

Diet pop and other zero calorie drinks area given.

its not good but.

water icecream is actually pretty low on cals as a snack. a pretty decent sized water icecream is 60 cals.

i have one after dinner almost everyday even if i am cutting, it helps the cravings and i am still below 1400 cals every day.

Halo Top is def god tier as far as ice creams go. Creamy, sweet, thick, everything you expect from a Breyers or Ben and Jerry's etc. Completely shits on Artic Zero, ib4 they go out of business.

Walden's Farm Pancake Syrup is obviously a staple to keep around.

Plain flavor fat free greek yogurt = 22g protein for 130 cals and to me tastes/feels identical to sour cream in 9/10 recipes or uses.

Danon Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt for dipping just about anything, or using as an icing substitute for protein cakes etc.

Fat Free Shredded Cheddar/Mozzerella = 45cals 5g protein, use all the time for homemade pizzas and nachos.

Pop Chips - whole large bag is ~400 cals, shit for protein but if you were to eat the same volume of standard Lays or whatever potato chips you'd be looking at 1000 cals. And these actually taste like potato chips, not the new fad of rice-based popped chips. Pic related. I got high and sampled a bunch of low cal chips the other night trying to find anything on Pop Chips level. Closest was the Trader Joe's brand.

Is this actually good? I know their stuff gets shit on a lot but syrup seems like something that could actually be done well with zero calorie sweeteners.

The pancake syrup is amazing, 9/10. Chocolate syrup is 7/10 (bit runny). Caramel is 6/10, artificial flavoring too strong. Blueberry 5/10, basically like the watery residue from a bowl of blueberries. Sadly everything else they offer is shit, I've tried everything from the jellies, mayo, pb spread (tasted like liteal poison, worth trying just for a laugh), marshmallow fluff, ketchup, bla blah. Prolly spent 150 bucks on the entire collection. The only other one I would consider is the vinaigrette dressing. But I don't eat salad, so meh. Could be used to flavor up some chicken perhaps.

Highly recommend P28's products btw. The wrap/flatbread is incredibly versatile for making homemade chips, tacos, flatbread pizzas, you name it. It's huge (size of a large pizza), packs 28g protein and only 260 cals. The loaves of bread and bagels are good too, little chewy though. Pictured Cheeseburger Flatbread pizza. F'ing delicious.

You can actually make popsicles with BCAA drank, maybe adding a bit of lemon or lime juice if you think it'll help the flavour.

My hamplanet post where I recommend 0 calorie alternatives and high protein-low carb breads?

I'm not sure reading comprehension is your thing, bruh. Or maybe you are using words you don't know the definition of? Just in case: Hamplanet means someone who consistently eats high caloric foods and doesn't exercise which results in them being significantly overweight, hence the name being a portmanteau of ham (slang for fat) and planet (slang for fucking huge).

Hope this helps.
