Honestly sleeping with my gf I have to have my other arm beneath her or in any other position it'll get numb as there's not enough space for it really otherwise. Used to sleep pillowless in soldier position for a couple years.
Was by far the best my posture has been in my life, looked and felt more confident, and healthier.
