How can I train for pull-ups without a pull-up bar? Equipment available: Dumbbells, barbell, and bench.

you can also do pullups on a door
Use barbell as pullup bar. I put my squat rack on the highest and hang from the barbell with my legs tucked as close as possible to my chest, great ab workout that way too
